By accessing or using the 6fx.ai website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 6fx.ai ("we," "us," or "our").

6fx.ai provides AI reasoning engine services built on the ZEUS cognitive stack, including custom AI application development, cognitive orchestration, and related enterprise solutions. The specific scope of services is defined in individual client agreements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our technology
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use the Services to transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this website — including the ZEUS architecture, 6fx cognitive stack, and related documentation — are owned by 6fx.ai or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Client Engagements

Professional services, custom AI development, and enterprise engagements are governed by separate service agreements executed between you (or your organization) and 6fx.ai. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6fx.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 6fx.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
